My name is Atenai Taumateine and I welcome you to Hibiscus VA Services.

My first career was in Education, having taught in NZ before heading across the Tasman in 2001.

​

I have spent nearly 20 years building up a wealth of knowledge within the Financial Planning industry.  I have spent time excelling in administrative, coaching and management roles.  After 9 and a half years working for a reputable Investment and Insurance corporation, I desired to work more closely with the end consumer. I have spent 10 years working within small to medium organisations where I understand the importance of running a tight ship, day-to-day office management and process efficiencies.

My passion is to serve with excellence.  I have loved being a part of a client’s journey, assisting them to strategically realise their financial goals and personal aspirations.

As a working Mum I understand the pressures of:

  • Being productive

  • Being pro-active

  • Being authentic

  • Meeting deadlines

  • Managing stakeholders and their expectations

  • Remaining calm and applying a pragmatic approach in high pressure situations

  • Applying a methodical approach when working on key projects for a successful outcome
